The Celebrity Catgirl / Kemonomimi Spotlight!
Hai! In this monthly portion of The Mew, we commeowmorate catgirls and other kemonomimi of the various species in the famous international mythologies and the popular cultures! They might include anthropurrrmorphic ladies, female fauna shape – shifters, and those who might not have beasty DNA, but do have the cat-titude or couture to be broadly considered by us to be “honorary” kemonomimi!
This month we will shine the spotlight shines upon the clowder of honoroary live-action catgirls & kemonomimi, such as Christiane Amanpour, the iconic journalist who is the CNN news anchor and hostess of her own Anampour & Company series upon PBS. Not only has she sunk fearlessly her teeth into the stories for the big scoop, but on her May 18th 2020 show she looked meowrvelous in the Green leopurrd purrint blouse outfit, so we consider her as the honorary catgirl!
Another purrofound journalist who we wish to purraise is Nikole Hannah-Jones, the Pulitzer Purrize – winning reporter for the New York Times, founder of the 1619 Project, ans co-founder of the Ida B. Wells Society! She used to live here in North Carolina too! Well, last month when she appurred on the June 3rd epurrsode of MSNBC”S All In with Chris Hayes, her purretty attire included the White leopurrd purrint blouse, which puts the fashionably feline spots in the spotlight!
The Dark Side of the Ring is the Vice Network’s fascinating documentary TV series about purrofessional wrestling. The sixth epurrsode of the first season purrtained to the legendary wrestling woman
Fabulous Moolah. whose greatest rival was purrhaps the hall of famer Wendi Richter. Not only did both ladies have the fierce feline strength and grace, but they occaswionally wore the leopurrd purrint tights into the ring, so we will consider them as the honorary catgirls!
In ADT security services’s “Safe at Home” TV spot, we see a cute widdle girl wearing PInk cat ear headphones while in the office with her dad; and in Buick’s Encore GX TV spot “Surprise Dinner Party”, another cute widdle girl wearing the cat ear headband arrives with her brother and their purrents to the neighbors’ home where they will be served salmon for suppurr! Thusly for the purrfect choice of feline fashion, we will consider them as the honorary kitten girls!
Silenzium is the Russian symphonic heavy metal band compurrised of celloist Nata, keyboardist Timothy, violinists Anastasiya and Julia! In the mewsic video for their cover version of the KISS song “I Was Made For Lovin’ You”, they wear the  tight leather outfits and the KISS make-up, of which Nata has the iconic Peter Criss “cat face”! She is quite sweetly sexy as she meowrrily plays the mewsic, but near the end of the video we hear her inner wild panther roar to be free!
Purrtrayed by Holly Marie Combs, the bewitching Piper Halliwell unleashed her inner nizumimimi (mouse girl) for Halloween in “Kill Billie vol. 1”, the 6th epurrsode of the 8th season of the original Charmed TV series. In that epurrsode which was broadcast on October 30th 2005, she wore the Black tights with the cute mausu ears & makeup as she and her sisters and sons greeted the trick ’r treaters at Halliwell Manor on 1329 Prescott Street, San Francisco! Take it, Myayr!
Mary Nyan:
Hai! DC’s StarGirl TV series stars Brec Bassinger as Courtney Whitmore the teen supurrhero alias Stargirl and Luke Wilson as her stepdad Pat Dugan who pilots the robot named Stripe! Courtney befriended Yolanda Montez (purrtrayed by Yvette Monreal) who was shamed and bullied at the high school, but she is the brave tough girl who has inherited the supurr – powered Wildcat costume which has the powerful claws and the amazing agility which she uses to purrowl upon the criminals!
In the DC comics, she succeeded Ted Grant during the Crisis on Infinite Earths story arc to become the 2nd hero known as Wildcat. She first appurred in Infinity Inc. #12 in 1985, but the continuity has been rebooted several times. Earlier this year, the “Arrowverse” of shows such as Green Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Constantine and Black Lightning had their own crisis crossover! Wildcat, and the other heroes of Earth 2 were first glimpsed In part 5 of the Crisis.
In epurrsode five “Hour Man and Doctor Mid-Nite” it was Halloween, so Courtney wore the bunny girl ears & make-up! In epurrsode six “The Justice Society”, Blue Valley High’s gym teacher Paula Brooks (Joy Osmanski) debuted as the agile, tough, evil criminal Tigress in her sexy tight bare –  midriff Black & Yellow shorts outfit with the crossbow! She is married to Larry a.k.a. the criminal known as Sportsmaster Neil Hopkins), and they have the extremely athletic daughter Artemis (Stella Smith)!
In Kou Fumizuki’s Ai Yori Aoshi manga & anime, the male college student Kaoru Hanabishi & the heiress Aoi Sakuraba are in love and intend to be married but for now they have to keep that relationship the secret. Except for Aoi’s valet Miyabi, the rest of the world sees Kaoru as the boarder in Aoi’s mansion’s servant house, which soon fills up with other boarders such as Tina the American girl, her rival Mayu, Taeko the maid, her younger cousin Chika, and Uzume the pet ferret!
Thusly the family relationship develops amongst them, and there are numerous feline and kemonomimi motifs and mannerisms. For example, Aoi is imagined briefly as the comfy catgirl when relaxing upon Kaoru’s futon. They wear Pink cat ear headbands which they won in the UFO catcher claw game. Tina acts playfully affectionately kitty like around Kaoru, and is often depitced with the “cute fang” look. Taeko wears the bunny girl outfit when indoctrinated into the photography club.
Such cosplay ocurrs later at the Photography Club’s animal cafe during the college festival; Aoi and Mayu dons the cat ears, and Taeko cosplays as a Holstein girl, whilst Tina cosplays as the bunny girl and as the Pink tiger girl, and even Kaoru dons the bunny kigurimi onesie. Usually Minabe frowns upon such antics, but near the end of the 2nd serason, she lightens up eventually and strikes the leopurrdess pose in the maid costume for Tina’s cosplay photo shoot!
Lastly but not leastly for the honorees, in the March 2020 issue (vol. 17 #2) of Womens Health magazine is the contents page – featured, three page article by Kristine starring Jennifer Cheng the muay thai fighter, olympic boxer & instructor! Photographed by Allie Holloway, Jennifer wears fiercely the leopurrd purrint sport top by Adam Selman with the shorts by PE Nation! That is all for this month’s spotlight, but
it will shine again next month! Nyoe here is Jenjen to begin our
collectibles and toy talk, with her review of the Transformers
Netflix War for Cybertron Deluxe Class action figure!
Arigato. As the purresident of the Catgirl Island Robotics Club, I am purrticularly fond of the Transformers’ female Autotot characters such as Arcee, Strongarm, Elita One, Chromia, Moonracer, Firestar, Windblade and Nautica. We especially like the versions from the comics and animation compared to the live-action movies.
As part of Hasbro’s wave of action figures based upon Netflix’s War for Cybertron series, this latest figure of Chromia the Autobot is essentially a redeco variant of the purrior War for Cybertron: The Seige figure of Chromia, with the scorchy weathered battle damage paint job and added piece of cardboard Teletraan 1 dorama.
Standing 5 inches tall in her humanoid robot mode, she is splendidly designed, sculpted and painted, with her Sapphire Blue, Light Iceberg Blue, Blacck, Gray White and Red parts looking as if she has emerged from the skirmish. The details are intricate, from her face, flanges and vents to her shaft collars, hubcaps and treads.
Even her clear car windscreen has the scuff marks. She is accessorized by the RTS-1 anti-thermo blaster pistol with the Hushfuse suppurressor and two EMP grenades The pistol fits into either hand, the Hushfuse can snap on to the barrel, the grenades can snap to each other, the barrel, the hushfuse, or to her forearm shields.
She is quite posable, with articulation in her neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles, and is well – balanced to stand without requiring a display base (which is not included). The instruction sheet graphically depicts the 15 simple step sto change her from the humanoid robot mode to the sports car vehicle mode. Nyow here is Vonny to commence our
DVD, TV and movie mewsings, with her
review of the Star Trek Short Treks DVD,
Arigato, nya! We have greatly enjoyed Star Trek: Discovery which is CBS’s streaming series set  appurroximately the decade purrior to Captain James T. Kirk’s historic command of the starship U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701, whilst Captain Christopher Pike was its captain, nya! This series focuses upon the crew and adventures of the Crossfield class starship U.S.S. Discovery NCC-1031, nya!
I think that Discovery is a great Trek series with a wonderful cast, characters, designs, sets, FX, fascinating plots and high production values, nya! In addition to the fist two seasons of the series, there have been the several live-action and animated shorts referred to as Short Treks, some of which have been purreviously included with the seasons 1 and 2 DVD and Blu-Ray sets, nya!
Packaged within the plastic case within the outer cardboard sleeve, the single NTSC R1 DVD disc includes the unrated nine shorts which total to appurroximately 118 minutes, plus appurroximately 59 minutes of the featurettes, nya! They are purrsented in the 16:9 widescreen format in 5.1 Dolby audio, in the English spoken language with the optional English SDH subtitles, nya!
In “Runaway” Ensign Sylvia Tilly (Mary Wiseman) meets Me Hani Ika Hali Ka (Yadira Guevara-Prip) who has stowed away aboard the Discovery, nya! In “Calypso”, 1,000 years in the future, the ship’s computer (voiced by Annabell Willis  with the visual avatar purrformed by Sasha Striga) falls in love with a rescued adrift officer Craft (Aldis Hodge), nya!
In “The Brightest Star”, we see how Saru (Doug Jones) was first contacted by Starfleet officer Phillippa Georgiiu (Michelle Yeoh), nya! The Escape Artist is another tale of the criminal Harry Mudd, who is purrtrayed again by Rainn Wilson who directed this short, nya! “Q&A” depicts the first day of Spock’s (Ethan Peck) aboard the USS Enterprrise with Number One (Rebecca Romjin) and Capt. Christopher Pike (Anson Mount), nya!
“The Trouble with Edward” is the origin tale of the Tribbles set mostly aboard the USS Cabot, starring Anson Mount as Capt. Pike, Alita: H. Jon Benjamin as Lt. Edward Larkin, and Battle Angel Alita’s Rosa Salazar as Capt. Lynne Lucero, nya! In “Ask Not”, Cadet Thira Sidhu (Amrit Kaur) is ordered to incarcerate Capt. Pike during a space battle, nya!
Spock and Number One also appurr in this Short Trek, which is the only one that has an optional audio commentary track instead of a “making of” featrurette, nya! In the animated Ephraim and Dot” directed by composer Michael Giacchino, Ephraim the Tardigrade (who appurred in season 1) tussles with Dot the maintenance robot aboard the Enterprise under the command of Capt. James T. Kirk, nya!.
Narrated by Kirk Thatcher (the bus punk in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home) with Jeannette Goldstien (USS Enterprise NCC-1701 B’s science officer in Star Trek: Generations) voicin the ship’s computer, “Ephraim & Dot” includes archival voices of Captain Kirk (William Shatner), Lt. Hikaru Sulu (George Takei) and Khan (Ricard Montalbaun), nya. It is my purrsonal favorite of the Short Treks, nya!
In the animated “The Girl Who Made The Stars”, in their quarters aboard a space station, young Michael Burnham (Kyrrie Mcalpin) is told a lovely African fable by her father Mike (Kenric Green), nya! I think that the Short Treks are adelightful  and I hope that there will be lots more while we eagerly await the 3rd season of Discovery and the 2nd season of Picard, nya! Nyow here is Mie-sensei to discuss-
Doctor Who The Complete Twelfth Series DVD, nya!
Arigato, Vonny-san! So like, we are big fans of the BBC’s Doctor Who TV series, and have totally enjoyed actress Jodie Whittaker as the current incarnation of The Doctor, fur shur! So like, 2020 saw the 57 year old science fiction series’s 12th season of its current era, in which the cast of The Doctor’s totally awesome time & space traveling companions include Bradley Walsh as Graham, Mandip Gil as Yasmin, and Tosin Cole as Ryan!
Executively produced by Matt Stevens and writer / show runner Chris Chibnall, the 10 episodes are “Spyfall, Part 1”, “Spyfall, Part 2, “Orphan 55”, “Nikola Tesla’s Night of Terror”, “Fugitive of the Judoon”, “Praxeus”, “Can You Hear Me?”, “The Haunting of Villa Diodati”, “Ascension of the Cybermen” and “The Timeless Children”. Amongst the plots were the return of The Master. Captain Jack Harkness, the Cybermen, the Judoon and Galifrrey, with startling revelations about The Doctor’s origin!
It was released last month on the Blu-ray and the R1 NTSC DVD by the BBC. The four disc DVD set is in the plastic case with the outer cardboard sleeve. Presented in the 2:1 letterbox format in the 5.1 dolby digital surround, the episodes total approximately 554 minutes, plus the special features in English audio, with the optional English subtitles which are of the bold White sans serif font with the fine Black stroke outline.
In addition to the 2 min. 21 sec. series 12 preview spot and the various front-loaded advertisements for various BBC products, each episode is accompanied by the widdle “making of” Closer Look featurettes, which average about 5 min. apiece. They include the informative and entertaining comments about the epurrsodes by Jodie, Mandip, Tosin, Bradley, Chris and Matt.
Some of the Closer looks also include comments by purrducer Nikki Wilson, writer Maxine Alderton stunt coordinator Crispin Mayfield, stunt driver Paul Bailey, and actor Sacha Dhawan (The Master). Furthermore, three of the episodes have the optional audio commentaries; “Spyfall, Part 1” has comments by Jodie, Tosin and Chris; “Spyfall, Part 2 has comments by Jodie, Tosin, Chris and actor Sylvia Briggs (Ada Lovelace)…
…whilst “Nikola Tesla’s Night of Terror” has comments by Mandip Gil, writer Nina Metivier and actor Anjili Mohindra (Queen Skithra). I enjoyed this season of Doctor Who and those special features are informative and entertaining, but I do wish there was a lot more, such as info text, more commentaries, and more thorough documentaries. So like, that is all for our DVD discussion, so here is Becca-san to begin our
printed media mewsings, with the Catwoman
Anniversary 100 page Super Spectacular, fur shur!
Hai! Selina Kyle alias Catwoman first appurred in Batman #1 in the spurring of 1940, so this year is her 80th anniversary, which DC comics has commeowmerated with this one-shot issue! Purriced at $9.99 and intended for readers of ages 13+, it is the anthology compurrised of the 10 short tales plus the several pin-ups, the choice of 8 different covers, and no advertisements!
The variant covers are by Adam Hughes, Jeehyung Lee, Stanley “Artgerm” Lau, Gabriele Dell’otto, Travis Charest, Frank Cho & Sabine Rich, J. Scott Campbell & Sabine Rich, Jim Lee with Scott Williams & Alex Sinclair; and the mane cover art is by Joelle Jones (who has designed lovely statues including one of Catwoman) & Laura Allred, who colored this issue’s first tale!
In that tale of “Skin the Cat” written by Paul Dini pencilled by Emanueal Lupacchino, and inked by Mick Gray, Catwoman stalks the evil taxidermist. It was lettered by Wes Abbott, who also lettered “A Cat of Nine Lives” in which Catwoman teasingly intimidates the guard. It was written, illustrated & colored by Liam Sharp! Catwoman tussles with another guard in “Now You See Me”!
It was written by Ann Nocenti, pencilled by Robson Rocha, inked by Daniel Henriques and lettered by Saida Temofonte. Oh I almost forgot to mention that Alex Sinclair colored a tale too! That tale of “Little Bird” – written by Mindy Newell, illustrated by Lee Garbett and lettered by Tom Napolitano – is the poignant look at an eldery woman who Selina cares about.
Batman appurrs in that tale, and in “Helena” which was written by Tom King, illustrated by Mikel Janen, colored by Jordie Bellair, and lettered by Clayton Cowles. Whereas “Little Bird” glimpsed at Selena’s past, “Helena” peers into her Earth 2 future as the wife & mom. After that’un, the extraterrestrial invaders meet “The Catwoman of Earth” of the 1966 Julie Newmar homage!
It was by Jeff Parker, illustrated / colored & lettered by Jonathan Case! It and “Born to Kiln” and “Conventional Wisdom” are purrhaps the issue’s most light-hearted tales! She fights the gooey villain Clayface in “Born to Kiln” which was written by Chuck Dixon, pencilled by Kelly Jones, inked by Danny Miki, colored by Steve Oliff, and lettered by Tom Orzexhowski.
“Conventional Wisdom” is the amewsingly surreal meta – fiction with some Catwoman cosplayers written by Will Pfeifer, illustrated by Pia Guerra, colored by John Kalisi and lettered by Steve Wands! After that is selina’s wild road trip with her sister maggie in “Addicted to Trouble” which was written by Ram V, illustrated by Fernando Blanco, colored by Fco Plascencia, and lettered by Gabriela Downie!
Co-starring Selina’s friends Holly Robinson and Slam Bradley, “The Art of Picking a Lock” was written by Ed Brubaker, illustrated / colored & lettered by Cameron Stewart! Topping off this fine collection are the  pin – up pics by Babbs Tarr, Ty Templeton, Tula Lotay, Jim Balent, Jae Lee & June Chung,Tim Sale & Brennan Wagner, Steve Rude & Matt Hollingsworth…
… plus the 8 pics that repurrsent Catwoman from each of her decades! I waqs very pleased with this issue and I hope that the rest of the year will be kind to Selina! Meanwhile her former Gotham City Sirens co-stars Harley and Ivy have been busy too, so nyow here is Lizzy to tell us about
Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey Book 2!
Hai! Dr. Harleen Quinn alias Harley Quinn is the former psychologist turned criminal and former girl friend of The Joker. In the recent years she has been living with other friends in Coney island… that is, until this tale in which she was delinquent in paying the mortgage on the shabby building which the loan sharks arsoned it, so nyow she needs money for the new home and her hospitalized friend Tony.
That brings us up to thr 2nd issue of this mini-series which is of the 32 page, squarebound 8.5×11” format from DC Comics’ Black Label impurrint of comics that are not for the widdle kitties, purrhaps due to the adult themes, harsh language, sexuality and violence. Purriced $5.99, the tale was written by Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner whose Power girl and Starfire comics I loved!
Amanda is the artist, with colorist alex Sinclair and letterer John J. Hill. The issue is in the choice of two different covers, the main cover by Amanda & Paul, the variant cover by Arthur Adams & Sabine Rich!
Harley has gone to Gotham City to rob the Joker’s treasure vault, but nyow she is in trouble with him and his new purrtner Synn, so The Birds of Prey team has to purrotect her!
They include The Huntress, Cassandra, Black Canary, and Detective Montoya. Harley’s girlfriend Poison Ivy was in book one, but merely appurrs in book two’s recap page; however I was delighted to see the return of Atlee a.k.a Terra who has the supurr geological powers! She is another of my favorite DC comics characters of the recent years, having first appurred in Supergirl vol. 5 #12 in 2007!
Meanwhile, The Joker has been appurrehended and returned to Arkham Asylum, but his cohorts such as The Penguin, Riddler, Two-Face, Clayface, Mr. Freeze and The Scarecrow are displeased, because some of their loot was in his vault too, so nyow things are much more purrilous for Harlee in this thrilling, amewsing series with the beautiful art, captivtaing plot and geat dialogue!
The fonts are purrfect for the dialogue and the sound FX, the colors are so richly vibrant, and I love every aspect of Amanda’s art, from the compurristions and poses to the expurressions and the details! The fun tales by Amanda & Jimmy tend to have the wonderful balance of the slice – of – life with the supurr action, so I will give this’un the high purraise and I am eagerly anticopating the next issue!
That is all for our comic book reports, and nyow here are Bunnii and Trini-chan to purrsent the latest
additions to the Catgirl Island Mewseum of Art!
Arigato! For those here for the first time, Galleries 1-8 of The Catgirl Island Mewseum of Art display images by Mike, whilst Guest Art Galleries 1-5 display images illustrations, photos and mixed – media imagery by other folks with their permissions. Mike’s collaborative images with the other artists can be found throughout the mewseum!
Some of the images in the mewseum are sexy, and some might depict artistic nudity, but most are tame, and none are porn! On Catgirl Island’s official web site, the most recent pics will be the lowermost row of the cropped widdle “thumbnail” – sized portions of the pics in a gallery, and you have to click upon those to see the uncropped full pics.
We are proud to present Mike’s pic of “Heliconia”, the aquacultural farmer were-tigress NPC (non-player character) in Mike’s  monthly tabletop fantasy RPG (role-playing game) The Adventures of Nystia Nightshade! Here she is depicted in the half – feline transformation, wearing the bikini bottom and showing us the large delicious, nutritious catfish from her ponds!
Then we have Mike’s fan art of mercenary Corrine Elizabeth Melepomene Chattan, who is one of the characters in Jamie’s http://jamiecotc.com web comic Clan of the Cats http://clanofthecats.comShe was a guest for our November 2009 Mew, and here she is depicted in her human form, after defeating the cult that tried to kidnap her ailuranthrope familiar Beige!
Nextly, “Syd Ships” is Mike’s tribute in memory of his idol the designer, illustrator and futurist Syd Mead (July 18th 1933 – December 30th, 2019) http://sydmead.com! This depicts four famous cinematic space ships that Mead designed for cinema and TV! Soaring above the 78km V’ger vessel (Star Trek – The Motion Picture) are the 84m Leonov (2010: The Year We Make Contact), the 381m Sulaco (Aliens), and the 384m Yamato 18 (Yamato 2520)!
We proudly present “Leena” by Doug Eckart and Mike! Mike embellished this cute photoshop pic of Leena the lunar bunny girl! She was born on the moon but migrated here to Catgirl island, where she is in the 4th grade. She is particularly fond of carrpts and sugar cane and aspires to be the farmer!
we are delighted to display two new mermaid illustrations by Rebecca Brogden http://www.rbrogdenart.com, who was the guest for our September 2009 Mew! Rebecca used Procreate on the iPad for these original characters to which Mike used Photoshop on the Mac with the mouse to add the scenery!
“Finona depicts Dr. Finona Cheiri Macintyre who is one of the professors at Mew Hanover College’s School of Marine Policy & Education! Wearing the Red bandeau bikini top that goes well with her hair, she has the lovely dappled Green sturgeon-esque tail as she greets us in the underwater grotto!
“Tiara“ depicts Tiara Serana Putrimbami Scorpaenidae who is the Junior majoring in Vocal Arts & Opera at Mew Hanover College! Wearing the kelp lei in contrast with her Lavender Blush hair, Mocha skin, and dappled Black Cherry scorpionfish-esque tail, she is greeting us from beneath the waves!
Rebecca used the pencils, pens & Copic markers upon the Arches hot press water color pad for “Darkness Falls”! This depicts our fairy frend Kiara who is the county coroner, perched upon the tombstone with the skull she has found. Y’all can see the 7 minute time – lapse artistic purrocess video for it at YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZVaNnq2zkI&feature=youtu.be!
Rebecca used the pencil, Micron pen, White Posca pen, Copic markers and Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolors on the Arches Hotpress Watercolor Pad for “Cherry”, which depicts the Dr. Sakura Nisaba Marcus, the Dean of Mew Hanover College’s School of Sports and Recreation Design!
She is the Tidewater Pixie holding the yummy cherry whilst purrched upon the mushroom in the grass! Y’all can see the 6 minute artistic purrocess video for this prettily sweet and alluringly appetizing image, at YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FqeeoZnpK8&feature=youtu.be!
Then we are elated to exhibit more two more pieces of fan art of Yukito Kishiro’s Battle Angel Alita characters, as illustrated by Misty Hopkins http://bunnychai.blogspot.com

who was a guest of the March 2008 Mew! Misty used

the Prismacolor pencils upon the bristol board for these illustrations!

Portrayed by Rosa Salazar in the movie, Alita is the heroic Martian cyborg soldier, bounty hunter, martial arts master and Motorball athlete, but here she has been depicted as the “Jedi Angel Alita” assembling

her Damascus Plasma Jet Saber!

Y’all can see the art process video at Misty’s Youtube page https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejbjk1qvvZI&feature=youtu.be!

Another bit of Battle Angel fan art is the portrait of Alita’s friend Caerula Sanguis alias “Vilma Fachiri”, the vampiric mutant cyborg human, martial arts mistress and chairperson of the Stellar Nursary Society. She is dressed for the long nuclear winter in her fur coat and cossack hat! You know, Misty has cosplayed as that character too!
Nextly is Misty’s “Lily Cosplaying as Alita”Misty used the pencil, pens & colored pencils for this pic of Lily, the daughter of one of The Movie Cellar podcasters https://www.facebook.com/themoviecellar, who fund-raise for Type 1 Diabetes cure research. Misty and other members of The Alita Army got involved, and a lot of money was raised!
Nextly we are pleased to present “Soulstar” by Alexcia Reynolds https://www.deviantart.com/professoroak, who was a guest of the August 2010 Mew! Done with Paint Shop Pro 7.04, this illustration was an art trade with artist / author purenightshade https://www.deviantart.com/purenightshade who created the character Soulstar https://toyhou.se/6605813.soulstar who is the super – powered alien celestial girl with Purple hair!
You know, Alexcia is a rather prolific artist & author, whose original & fan character sites include Project Pachyderm http://bw.html-5.me, Sailor Christmas http://mau.sailorchristmas.com, Sailor Tiger’s Grotto http://mau.sailorchristmas.com, Book of Otaku Senshi http://boos.sailorchristmas.com, and Pokemon Amber http://pkmn.is-great.org!
“Chels Summer Solstsice” is by Jamie http://jamiecotc.com, who used Clip Studio Paint, Painter and Photoshop for this latest image of Corrine’s older sister Chelsea Urania Kate Chattan, the heroic witchy were-panther star of Jamie’s urban fantasy web comic Clan of the Cats http://clanofthecats.com! Chelsea and her familiar cat Sebastian are enjoying the beautiful first day of Summer at the beach!
